Final Raport

Favourable results for the 15^th BEAUTY FORUM SWISS 2009: positive vibes, a majority of satisfied exhibitors and an increase in the number of trade visitors by around 5 percent characterise the final resume of this year's show. The trade fair BEAUTY FORUM SWISS (7^th + 8^th March 2009) was visited by 11'800 professionals from the Swiss Beauty -industry as a „must do“ date. This corresponds to an increase of around 5 percent in comparison to 2008. More than 350 leading suppliers and brands from the areas Cosmetics, Permanent Make-up, Nail, Foot care, Wellness as well as professional development were showcased in the Zurich Exhibition Centre. The activity at the fair was characterised by intensive consultancy discussions as well as a high level of demand for products in direct sales.

In discussions, a large majority of the participating exhibitors expressed satisfaction with their participation in BEAUTY FORUM SWISS 2009. Thanks to both qualitatively and quantitatively good contacts to potential new customers and also existing customers, many exhibitors are expecting attractive post tradefair business. 

A comprehensive supporting programme complemented the specialist trade fair BEAUTY FORUM SWISS 2009. In parallel to the fair the IFC – International Forum of Cosmetics – took place. More than 600 Beauty professionals attended a total of 24 different workshops. Attractive crowd pullers were also the 15^th Swiss championships in Make-up and Nail-Design as well as the 1^st Swiss NailArt Trophy. The prize-giving ceremony of the Institute for 2008 rounded off the extensive programme.

The 16th BEAUTY FORUM SWISS will take place on 6^th and 7^th March 2010 in the halls of the Zurich Exhibition Centre.
